Self-collection is available from our Birmingham depot at 30 Chester Street, Aston, B6 4BE. Collection slots run Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. Select self-collection at checkout and we will prepare your order for the agreed time.
Transport is calculated at checkout by road mileage from the nearest depot to your venue. Charges start from £40 ex VAT. There are no hidden surcharges for Sunday delivery or morning and afternoon time slots.

For busy weekend dates, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is advisable. Midweek dates are usually available with 1–2 weeks' notice. Use the live stock checker on each product page to confirm availability for your specific date.
Yes. Expo Hire delivers and collects 7 days a week including Sundays and Bank Holidays. Morning and afternoon delivery windows are available every day of the year.
The minimum order value is £50 ex-VAT excluding carriage. There is no minimum quantity per item.
