Tea and coffee is almost essential at business events and in our years of experience we've found some conference venues find it harder than others to provide. As you'd expect we stock a range of cups, saucers and other accoutrements, but we also have everything from coffee percolators to bean to cup machines to make coffee. It's also worth considering our selection of fridges for cold drinks, which range from under counter models to specific wine fridges for those offering a little something to help delegates relax at the end of a long day event.

How does delivery work for conference organisers?

Knowing when your equipment will arrive is one less thing to manage in the run-up to an event. Expo Hire makes it possible to track your delivery in real time. Enter your order number and postcode on our order tracking page to see where the driver is and how long until they reach you.

We also send automated text messages on the day of delivery and collection confirming your place in the schedule, along with a personalised tracking link.

Pay just 25% deposit when booking large conference hire orders

For orders over £500 with a delivery date more than a month away, Expo Hire offers a 25% advance deposit scheme. Pay a quarter of the order total to secure your booking, with the remainder due 28 days before delivery.
