Long-Term & Contract Equipment Hire
Most equipment hire is booked for a weekend. Long-term contract hire is something different — a rolling arrangement where we supply, maintain and replace equipment over months or years. It suits institutions that need reliable kit on an ongoing basis without the capital outlay of buying outright.
We work with universities, hospitals, schools, care homes and large businesses on contracts from three months upwards. The scope can be as narrow as a single servery counter or as broad as a full temporary dining facility — furniture, catering equipment, crockery, glassware, linen, the lot.
Catering equipment — commercial ovens, convection ovens, fridges and freezers, bain maries, hot cupboards, chafing dishes, coffee machines, microwaves and serving equipment. All commercial grade, maintained and replaced as needed.
Dining furniture — banqueting tables and chairs, folding and trestle tables, poseur tables, conference furniture. We can supply enough to seat hundreds.
Tableware and linen — crockery, cutlery, glassware, table linen and napkins. High-volume stock that we top up throughout the contract.
We visit the site, assess what you need and agree a full equipment list. Pricing is based on the contract length, volume and what's included — it is not the same as our standard short-term hire rates. Longer contracts and larger volumes get significantly better rates.
We handle delivery and installation at the start of the contract, ongoing maintenance and swap-outs during it, and full collection at the end. There is no need to manage returns or chase replacement parts.
Long-term contracts start at three months. Most institutional contracts run for one to three years.
We deliver throughout England and Wales. For large contracts we can arrange delivery to Scotland and mainland Europe — we have supplied institutions in Germany, France and Ireland. Get in touch to discuss.
