Corporate conferences, wedding receptions, street food festivals, award ceremonies — the equipment requirements follow a similar pattern: seating, tables, serving equipment, and something to eat and drink from. We stock all of it.
We carry a broad range of chairs and tables to suit different event formats. Chiavari chairs work well for weddings and gala dinners. Folding chairs cover volume needs at conferences and outdoor events. Banqueting chairs sit in the middle — smart enough for formal dinners, practical enough for multi-use spaces.
Tables include 5ft and 6ft trestle tables, round banqueting tables in 4ft, 5ft, and 6ft diameters, and poseur tables for standing receptions. We also hire bar furniture, sofas, and LED furniture for events that need a more designed feel.
Our catering range covers the full service chain. At the cooking end: commercial gas ranges, induction hobs, bain maries, and chafing dishes. For cold storage: under-counter fridges, upright fridges, and chest freezers. For front-of-house service: heated trolleys, serving platters, and buffet equipment.
We also stock bar equipment — glasswashers, ice machines, bar counters, and bottle coolers — and outdoor cooking equipment including commercial gas BBQs, griddles, and fryers for street food events.
Crockery, cutlery, and glassware are available in the quantities events actually need. We hire by the dozen, not by the piece. Dinner plates, side plates, soup bowls, starter and main course cutlery, wine glasses, champagne flutes, beer glasses — all cleaned, packed, and delivered ready to use.
Linen hire includes tablecloths for round and trestle tables in a range of colours, chair covers, and sashes. Order linen at the same time as the furniture to keep everything on one delivery.
For outdoor events we hire gazebos, patio heaters, and outdoor furniture sets. For events that need a stage — award ceremonies, corporate presentations, school performances — we supply modular folding stage sections that link together to form larger platforms.
We deliver across England and Wales seven days a week from 11 regional depots. Most orders can be accommodated with a few days' notice. We coordinate delivery windows around your setup schedule, and on delivery day your team gets an SMS ETA and a live GPS tracking link. No security deposit is required on any order.
