We carry a wide range of products to help showcase your business and ensure you can win the approval of suppliers, clients and partners alike.
Our display cabinets for hire are perfect for showing off your products in their best light. They come in different shapes and sizes complete with full retail areas or lockable storage solutions to ensure that we can meet your requirements. All cabinets feature LED lights and can be delivered direct to your stand for ease of setting up.
If you are looking to meet people in your event space, then our range of poseur tables, bar stools and sofas are what you need. All are designed not only to be hard wearing, but to be comfortable enough for your guests to relax.
What do I need to know to get the best from my exhibition hire?
When looking for exhibition hire, there are a few things that you need to have in your mind so that you order the right things. Firstly, what size is your stand? Having a plan of your floorspace can help you understand how much you can fit into it and how it will look. We’ve included dimensions of all our exhibition furniture such as showcases and display cabinets to help you understand how they will work for you.
At Expo Hire, we supply and deliver electrical equipment for hire to all major venues across the country. Prior to delivery, we thoroughly clean, inspect and PAT test all appliances, and evidence of this can be provided if needed. Please Note: Our electric products are fitted with a standard three-pin UK plug. You may also need to check the limitation of the wiring circuit at your venue, to ensure it will not become overloaded.
What about delivery of exhibition hire?
We offer a fixed carriage charge irrespective of actual mileage to many of the major exhibition centres in the UK which includes timed delivery and collection. You can check if your exhibition centre is covered by this scheme by entering the venue postcode on our carriage calculator page. For the majority of exhibition centres, this fixed delivery charge is £100 and there is a minimum order value of £500.
When placing your order, it’s important to give us your hall and stand number. This way we can deliver to and collect directly from your stand – even if you are not there. The day of delivery should correspond to the setup day of your exhibition, and the day of collection should be the breakdown day.
