Poseur tables — also called cocktail tables or high tables — are the standard furniture for drinks receptions, networking events and bar areas. At 110cm, they let guests stand and rest glasses or plates at a comfortable height without needing chairs.

Both formats use a height-adjustable threaded leg. Weight 5–6kg. Tables are wiped clean before delivery.
For a standing drinks reception, one poseur table per 8–10 guests is a common starting point for events where guests mingle freely. For events with a bar area or defined zones, two to three tables clustered together per zone gives a more natural layout. If guests will be standing for over 90 minutes, increase table density or pair with bar stools to give people the option to sit.

A poseur table is 110cm high — designed for standing guests. A standard dining table is 74cm high, for seated use. The two formats serve different parts of an event: poseur tables for drinks receptions and networking, banqueting tables for the seated dinner.
Fitted stretch tablecloths grip the table top and leg and do not shift during normal use. Drop-cloth tablecloths hang to floor level and rely on gravity — they can shift if the table is moved during service. For busy areas with regular movement, fitted cloths are the more secure option.
Yes. Chester bar stools and Saturn bar stools are available to hire from the same order as poseur tables. Add both items to the basket and they ship on the same delivery.
