White tablecloths are often used for formal dining events and receptions. These circular tablecloths are perfect for our 5' and 6' round tables
White tablecloths are best used for traditional formal events like wedding receptions and corporate dining functions. White is frequently seen as a symbol of purity and wealth, but it can also work well as a base for bolder colours.
These circular tablecloths fit both our 5’ and 6’ round tables. On a 5’ round table these tablecloths will drape to the floor to give that polished look, while on a 6’ round table they will drape to around two thirds of the way to the floor.
Our white tablecloths are made from a cotton / polyester mix and match our other white linen.
What other kinds of linen hire do you deliver in the United Kingdom?
Linen hire is a very important part of many special occasions. We have a wide variety of colours, shapes and sizes of linen to help you to find just what you require.
We stock linen in a range of different colours. You might be looking for a tablecloth so that your tables match a particular aesthetic; or it might you’re looking to use table runners to just add a detail of colour to your table. We have stock available to help work with either kind of idea.
Because banqueting tables come in various different sizes and shapes, so does our linen. We have linen to fit all the standard sizes of dining tables; you can see our suggestions for the correct size linen on the relevant table product pages.
Do I need to launder linen hire before it is collected?
Before dispatch, we have all linen professionally laundered and pressed ready for delivery. This requires industry-specific machinery and because of this we cannot ask our customers to launder linen prior to return from hire.
For this reason, our send it back dirty service is included in the price of the linen. All we ask is that linen is repacked dry and free of any food debris, candle wax and adhesive in the bags that it was shipped in. Linen returned wet or with attached food debris is much more likely to be unable to be cleaned, and we have to charge replacement fees for any damaged or destroyed linen.

What is the price including VAT?
This item is subject to 20% VAT and therefore you will pay £13.20 each for a standard 3 day hire at checkout.
As primarily a business-to-business supplier we advertise our prices ex-VAT as most businesses will be able to reclaim the VAT amount.
Do you offer discounts for if the item is hired for less than 3 Days?
No. We recommend a minimum hire period of 3 days to provide enough time for set-up and break-down of your event, and to make sure that problems such as traffic or adverse weather conditions do not impact on your event. If you want to hire for a shorter period than this then we cannot offer a discount.
Do you offer discounts for Long Term Hire?
Yes, after the standard hire perion of 3 Days you will be charged £2.20 per extra day up to day 7, £1.65 per extra day up to day 28 and £1.10 per extra day after that.
How much security deposit do you charge?
Nothing! Unlike most of our competitors, rather than charging a large deposit, we provide a FREE 'minor deposit waiver' scheme to cover minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage and loss will be invoiced at 10 times the standard hire price of the relevant items. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
How much do you charge for delivery?
There is a minimum charge of £20.00 for a distance up to 10 miles each way.
After that we charge £1.00 per mile each way and an additional £20.00 for each journey on a weekend or bank holiday.
We calculate the distance using driving directions from our local base to your event postcode, so it is important that you provide the correct delivery address at checkout.
Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50m of the vehicle. If it takes the driver longer then you will be charged £12.50 per additional 15 minutes. If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately an additional carriage charge will be added to your order.
If there are likely to be issues with regards to location, staff onsite or the size of the order, then it's imperative you advise us BEFORE you place your order. Please note that our vans cannot go off-road onto grass or dirt areas, particularly when it has been wet due to the chances of the vehicle getting stuck.
As our drivers are multiple drop drivers, any issues with your delivery or collection of your order could result in issues for other customers. We ask that you are mindful of this when we are delivering or collecting your order.
