Expo Hire supplies exhibition furniture for trade stands, product launches, showroom events and corporate exhibitions across England and Wales. The range covers counters, poseur tables, bar stools, sofas, tub chairs and meeting tables sized for stand use at venues including the NEC, ExCeL London and Manchester Central.

What's available

Counters are the most common exhibition furniture item. A straight exhibition counter sits at the front of a stand as a reception point, information desk or product display surface. Curved and L-shaped counter configurations suit stands that need a specific layout. Counters are available in white, black and wood-effect finishes to match stand graphics and branding.

Poseur tables at standing height suit informal conversations at the stand. They take up less space than a standard meeting table and create a natural gathering point without requiring chairs. A 60cm diameter round poseur table fits on most stand footprints without disrupting the flow of visitors through the space.

Bar stools complement poseur tables and provide a seated option for longer conversations. Tub chairs and a small table create a meeting corner on larger stands where client meetings happen throughout the day. Sofas from the Chesterfield range are a popular choice for premium brand stands where a two-seater sofa and a coffee table signal investment in the stand and create a welcoming meeting area.

Events that use exhibition furniture

Trade shows at the NEC, ExCeL London and Manchester Central have hundreds of exhibitors hiring furniture for each show. A typical stand furniture order for a 3m x 3m stand covers one counter, two bar stools, one poseur table and either a sofa or a pair of tub chairs depending on how the exhibitor works with visitors.

Product launches at standalone venues need a different furniture mix with more emphasis on seating for guest conversations and display surfaces for the product. Conferences with a trade exhibition element need compact furniture that allows visitors to move freely between stands.

Ordering and delivery

Expo Hire delivers exhibition furniture across England and Wales. For shows at major venues, confirm delivery windows with the show organiser. Furniture must be delivered during the build period. Book at least two to three weeks ahead to guarantee your chosen items during busy show seasons.

No security deposit

Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit. A free minor damage waiver covers minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage is charged at 10 times the hire price. Full details in our terms and conditions.

Exhibition venue delivery

Expo Hire charges a fixed fee to many major exhibition centres across the UK, covering timed delivery and collection direct to your hall and stand number. Check whether your venue qualifies on the carriage calculator. For most qualifying venues the fixed charge is £100 with a minimum order of £500.

Advance deposit
