We have a great range of chair hire to suit any kind of events you can think of. We can offer everything from designer chairs for expos and special occasions to folding chairs for outside events with lots in between.

Our conference chairs are designed to be durable enough to be used in all day meetings yet are comfy enough that your delegates won’t be complaining. They can be stacked easily so that they can be rearranged quickly if needed.

We have a range of banqueting chairs to bring a touch of elegance to your wedding or special occasion. With various colour chairs and seat pads always in stock there is sure to be something to match your aesthetic. We also offer elegant Chiavari chairs, based on the classic Italian design. These chairs are built in a specific way to make them strong enough to last up to a proper feast, yet still have a beautiful style.

Sometimes comfort really is paramount at an event or special occasion. Whether it’s for a breakout area for delegates to relax or for guests to sit on stage at a panel event, sofa hire is an excellent choice for any function with a relaxed vibe.

At Expo Hire, we stock sofas in three main sizes; one-seater, two-seater and three-seater.

One-seater sofas are great for smaller intimate events where people gather in small groups, or for panel events where guests will want to sit in comfort while taking audience questions.

We have a wide variety of colours of three-seater Chesterfield sofas available, from a traditional brown sofa for hire to the more extroverted hot pink. These are designed to fit in with event aesthetics and themes, and are particularly great for product launches where a standard colour throughout is required.

All sofas for hire are made to relevant standard fire retardant certifications and come with fire labels for your peace of mind.

What is there to know about Table Hire?

We have a great selection of table hire to suit a wide variety of events and special occasions. We can offer anything you might need from designer tables for events and conferences to traditional banqueting tables for weddings and functions.

Tables generally come in three types, based on how tall they are.

The tallest style of tables are called cocktail tables. These tables that you might find at bars and at cocktail parties and are designed either for standing up around or sitting at on bar stools. Our selection of poseur tables come in a range of colours and styles.

The lowest style of tables are coffee tables. These are low tables which are used for placing cups of coffee (hence the name), magazines and the like on and are usually surrounded by sofas or couches. We have a range of coffee tables for any type of event.

In the middle are banqueting tables, which are used for all kinds of events as well as banquets and meals. Also known as a trestle table, these tables are at the standard height to go with standard chairs and are one of our most hired items on this site.

What kinds of Bar Stools are available?

Bar stool hire makes up one of the largest ranges of furniture hire we offer at Expo Hire. Whether it’s classic cube style stools, contemporary gas-lift stools or metal stools for an industrial aesthetic, we have got what you need.

The most frequently hired stools we offer are gas-lift stools. These stools are made in two parts; a seat which is made of a material such as ABS plastic or faux leather, and a chrome metal base. The base contains a gas canister which enables the height of the stool to be changed by moving the lever under the seat. The way the seat attaches to the base also allows for a 360 degree swivel, making these great stools for networking events and mobile bars alike.

Cube stools have fixed legs, which are either made of metal or wood and have four legs in a square footprint. Because these stools do not swivel, they’re much better in a more formal arrangement around a poseur table or similar and are often used for seminars and conferences.

We also have Tolix-style stools for hire. These bar stools are made from metal and are a much more rugged and industrial look, which is an increasingly popular aesthetic for bars and events alike.

What furniture is most suitable for outdoor events?

We love outdoor events, especially during the summer months. There isn’t much better than people having fun and celebrating outdoors in the sunshine, and with this in mind we’ve put together a range of outdoor furniture hire to help make events a success.

For those looking to sit in large groups at outdoor events there are various options to match the space and aesthetic of an occasion. For events where people drink and eat together, our folding beer bench and table sets are difficult to beat. They offer space not only for drinks but food as well, with up to six people able to be seated on each set. Our aluminium tables and chairs offer an option if space is more at a premium.

For those looking for comfort, then one of our more cushioned options would work better. Both bean bags and deckchairs are great for informal events where lots of people are sat watching a performance, while cosier and more intimate events are better served by our rattan furniture sets.

If the sun gets too much then a parasol is a must. We have commercial sized parasols in stock which offer lots of shade and can be set up quickly. These come with weighted bases as standard.

Does Expo Hire offer LED Furniture Hire?

If you need to make a bold colourful statement with your furniture at an event or special occasion, LED furniture hire is a really good choice. Controlled by a supplied remote, our LED furniture lights up in various colours to match your theme. It can even contiunously change colour to bring maximum attention to your setting.

We offer various types of LED furniture hire. Our LED cubes and curved benches are great for large break out areas of seating, where people will naturally group together to share drinks, jokes and even ideas.

For a slightly more structured setting we’d recommend something like our LED barrel chairs and coffee tables, or our LED poseur tables and bar stools, while for a relaxing space you can’t beat our LED bubble chairs.

We even have LED furniture for mobile bars including both straight and corner pieces to create a LED bar counter, as well as backlit bar shelving and LED ice buckets.

All equipment is delivered fully charged with remotes and chargers. A full charge should last for up to 12 hours of continuous use, and if charging is needed it is as simple as plugging the charger into the furniture and a standard uk plug socket.
