For a formal ceremony space before the reception, we hire Chiavari chairs and Cross Back chairs in rows with an aisle. White folding chairs are an alternative for outdoor ceremonies on grass. Quantities are usually lower than a full wedding because vow renewals tend to have a closer guest list. For outdoor ceremonies, aisle markers and chair decorations can be attached to the chair frames.
Round banqueting tables create the most sociable dining layout for a reception. We hire 5ft and 6ft rounds alongside Chiavari, Cross Back, and Wishbone chairs. We supply full table settings including tablecloths, napkins, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Champagne flutes for the toast and wine glasses for the meal are the minimum glassware requirement for most receptions.

All stock levels are shown live on the website. Orders can be placed online at any time without calling for availability. The standard hire period covers three days: delivery the day before your event and collection the day after. Expo Hire delivers across England and Wales from 11 depots.
For larger orders, the Large Order Deposit Scheme lets you reserve stock with a 25% deposit well ahead of the event date. A Minor Damage Waiver is available to cover accidental damage.
