Vow renewals range from an intimate dinner for twenty to a full celebration on the scale of a wedding reception. The equipment requirements depend on the format, but the flexibility of hiring means you can scale up or down without the commitment of buying furniture you will only use once.
For a formal ceremony space before the reception, we hire Chiavari chairs and Cross Back chairs in rows with an aisle. White folding chairs are an alternative for outdoor ceremonies on grass. Quantities are typically lower than a full wedding because vow renewals tend to have a closer guest list.
Round banqueting tables create the most sociable dining layout for a reception. We hire 5ft and 6ft rounds alongside Chiavari, Cross Back, and Wishbone chairs. For a more relaxed reception, rectangular tables with bench seating or long dining tables work well.
We supply full table settings including tablecloths, napkins, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. White and ivory linen is the standard choice, though we stock a full colour range if you want something different. Champagne flutes for the toast and wine glasses for the meal are the minimum glassware requirement for most receptions.
Mobile bars, poseur tables, ice buckets, and bar accessories are available for drinks reception areas. For a pre-dinner drinks period outdoors, parasols and outdoor furniture work alongside the bar setup.
