Charity Gala Dinner, Birmingham

Charity fundraiser | Birmingham | October 2024

A black-tie fundraising dinner for 500 guests at a city centre hotel ballroom. The organiser needed a full furniture and tableware package delivered and dressed within an 11-hour window, with everything collected the same night once the event finished.

What we supplied

500 gold Chiavari chairs
50 round banqueting tables (5ft 6in)
500 place settings (dinner plate, side plate, soup bowl)
1,500 glasses (wine, champagne flute, water)
50 white floor-length tablecloths
500 white cotton napkins

Our crew arrived at 8am and had the room dressed and signed off by 4pm. The collection team returned at midnight and cleared the ballroom by 2am, ahead of the hotel's breakfast service.

Corporate Away Day, Oxfordshire

A software company brought 120 staff to a country house venue for a full-day team event. The brief called for outdoor seating during the afternoon, a formal dinner inside in the evening, and a separate drinks reception in the entrance hall.

What we supplied

40 outdoor folding chairs and 10 trestle tables (afternoon breakout)
120 banqueting chairs and 12 round tables (evening dinner)
White linen tablecloths and napkins
120 wine glasses, 120 champagne flutes, 120 water glasses
2 folding bar tables and 6 tall poseur tables with bases (drinks reception)

Everything was delivered the day before, giving the venue's team time to set up at their own pace. We collected the following morning.

Marquee Wedding, Kent

Wedding reception | Kent | August 2025

A 180-guest marquee wedding at a barn venue in rural Kent. The bride wanted ivory linen throughout and cross-back chairs for a country-house feel. The venue had no in-house hire stock, so everything came from us.

The bride sent a linen swatch in advance so we could match the ivory shade exactly. Delivery was the day before the wedding; collection the morning after.

Street Food Festival, Bristol

Outdoor festival | Bristol | July 2024

A three-day street food festival with 12 traders and a shared outdoor seating area for around 400 visitors at any one time. The site ran Saturday to Monday with no covered storage on site overnight.

What we supplied

60 beer bench sets
30 round picnic tables with parasol bases
100 folding outdoor chairs
20 large waste bin units
40 crowd control barriers

We delivered and placed everything on the Friday morning before traders arrived, then collected on Monday afternoon once the site cleared. Nothing was damaged or missing.

School Prom, Surrey

Two hundred sixth-form students at their end-of-year prom in a local events venue. The school wanted a red carpet arrival, a formal dinner, and warm mood lighting throughout the evening.

The venue coordinator had everything in place by 5pm. We collected the following morning before the venue's next event.
