Hiring equipment from Expo Hire takes a few minutes online. Here is how the process works, from browsing to delivery.
Use the hire catalogue to find what you need. Products are grouped by category — tables, chairs, linen, crockery, glassware, catering equipment and bar equipment. Add items to your basket as you go.
At checkout, enter your event date and delivery postcode. The site calculates the delivery and collection charge based on the distance from our depot. You can see the exact cost before you place your order.
Pay securely online by card. You will receive an order confirmation by email with a full breakdown of items, dates and costs.
We deliver across England and Wales, seven days a week. Equipment arrives in clean condition, ready to use. If you need delivery the day before your event, select that date at checkout.
Use the equipment for your event. The minor damage waiver is available on all orders and covers accidental breakages during your event — you pay a fixed fee at checkout rather than worrying about replacing individual items.
Leave the equipment at the delivery address after your event. We collect it — you do not need to be present. Equipment does not need to be washed before collection, though we ask that food waste is removed from crockery and glassware.
There is no minimum order value. We ask for at least a few days notice for most orders, though we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests — contact us to check availability.
Delivery and collection starts from £40 and is calculated by distance from our depot. The full pricing breakdown is on the delivery charges page. Orders above a certain value qualify for reduced or free delivery — the checkout shows the exact cost for your postcode.
