1. Choose your products
   Browse the range and set your hire dates on the product page. The site shows live stock for those dates and updates the basket as you add items.
2. Set your hire period
   Our standard hire covers three days, one for setup, one for the event and one for breakdown. If you need longer, choose the dates that fit your schedule.
3. Add delivery or collection
   Enter the venue postcode at checkout and the site calculates transport from the nearest depot. You can also collect from Birmingham, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
4. Confirm the booking
   Pay online to secure the order. We do not ask for a security deposit. If the booking totals more than £1,000, you can pay 25% to confirm and pay the balance 28 days before delivery.
5. Take delivery
   On the day, we send an SMS with a two hour ETA and a live GPS tracking link. Your team unloads and sets up the equipment because we operate on a dry hire basis.
6. Return the items
   We collect on the agreed date. For catering equipment, use Send It Back Dirty, remove food waste and leave the washing to us.

No. Any location where vehicles can't move freely for delivery and collection is off limits on standard terms — gated festival sites, secured perimeters, anything with controlled entry.
