Booking early is advisable from October onwards, as December availability across furniture, catering equipment and glassware fills up quickly and popular items can be reserved in advance with a deposit.
Oval banqueting tables seat up to 14 people around a single table, which makes them the most practical choice for formal Christmas dinners where a long straight layout is not an option. They can be paired with banqueting chairs and linen for a formal dinner look, or with folding chairs for a more casual setup. LED furniture works well for less formal party formats where standard banqueting furniture would look flat — LED bar stools, poseur tables and seating units add colour-changing lighting driven by a single power connection. Expo Hire carries large quantities of both, and availability in November and December is significantly better for customers who book in advance.
Mobile hot cupboards are regularly hired for Christmas dinners and parties where food needs to travel from the kitchen to a serving area and stay warm during service. They work in both function room and home-style settings. Additional under-counter and upright fridges handle the increased demand for chilled drinks and pre-prepared desserts that comes with any large festive gathering. Glassware, crockery and cutlery are available in large quantities so even the biggest Christmas event is covered from a single order.
Expo Hire works seven days a week throughout December. The final delivery day before Christmas is December 23. Collections resume on December 27.

For orders over £500, Expo Hire offers a 25% advance payment scheme. Pay a quarter of the order total to confirm your booking, with the remainder due 28 days before delivery.
