Ice machines produce a continuous supply of ice and suit any event where volume is a factor. Ice bins and buckets are the manual alternative for smaller bars or when mains drainage is not available. Speed rails mount behind the bar and keep frequently used spirits and mixers within reach of the bartender, cutting the time per serve.
Soda guns and soda dispensers work from CO2 and syrup and produce soft drink and mixer serves more quickly than opening individual bottles.
