Order quantities depend on your guest numbers and event format. A seated dinner for 100 typically requires around 110 chairs, 13 round tables, 100 place settings and 200 glasses. A standing networking event for the same numbers needs fewer tables but more glassware.

Expo Hire has no minimum order. The website shows live stock levels so you can check availability for your date before placing an order. For events over 500 guests, contact the team to confirm stock.

Delivery and collection from £40. Expo Hire delivers seven days a week to Liverpool and surrounding areas, including Wirral, St Helens, Runcorn, Southport, Warrington and surrounding Merseyside postcodes.
