How to order

All orders go through the website. No phone calls required at any stage.

1. Browse and add to basket

Browse the hire catalogue and add items to your basket. Each product page shows live stock levels and pricing for your chosen dates. Items only appear as available if we have genuine stock at a depot that can reach you. Before confirming any order, we run a live logistics check — which guarantees your order 100%, with no substitutions.

2. Enter your dates and postcode

Select your delivery and collection dates. The standard hire period is three days, not counting transit days — a Friday delivery and Monday collection counts as one period. Longer hires are charged on a sliding scale. Enter your postcode to calculate delivery from your nearest depot.

3. Checkout

Check out as a guest or with a trade account. Trade account holders get 30-day payment terms from invoice date, subject to credit approval. Guest orders require full payment at checkout by card or bank transfer. No security deposit is required on any order.

Orders over £1,000 ex-VAT can be secured with a 25% advance deposit, with the balance due 7 days before delivery.

4. Delivery day

On the morning of your delivery you get a live tracking link and an SMS ETA. Our drivers do not call ahead — the tracking link handles all ETA notifications. You choose morning or afternoon for delivery.

A single driver completes the drop within 15 minutes. Items must be accessible within 50 metres of the vehicle. Drivers cannot take items up or down stairs or into lifts unless the two-person carriage option was selected at checkout. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

If the driver cannot complete the delivery due to access issues, a wasted journey charge applies. Delays beyond the standard 15 minutes are charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.

5. After the event

Return crockery, glassware and cutlery unwashed — our send it back dirty service covers the cleaning. Pack everything else clean and dry in the original crates and have it ready for collection at the agreed time. Items not ready at collection will delay the driver and may incur a waiting charge.

Every order includes a free Minor Damage Waiver covering accidental damage.
