Step 1 – Selecting Your Items
All products are listed online with prices and stock availability. The standard hire price covers a three-day period, not counting the delivery day. Orders shorter than three days are charged at the same rate. Orders longer than three days carry additional daily charges, provided items are available for the extended period.
Enter your delivery and collection dates when selecting items to check availability. Avoid scheduling delivery or collection on the same day as your event; arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Weekend and bank holiday deliveries may carry additional charges.
Step 2 – Checking Out
Check out as a guest or register for an account to track orders. The checkout asks for the contact name, phone number and delivery address for the driver.
Delivery and collection dates are entered during checkout so the system can calculate carriage charges. Early or late delivery slots can be requested for an additional fee.
Optional extras at checkout include a cleaning service, two-person delivery and collection, and the minor damage waiver. Each is itemised with its cost before payment.
Step 3 – Delivery
The day before delivery, a confirmation email goes out with all delivery details. Check these and contact the team straight away if anything needs correcting.
Drivers operate multi-drop routes. Track your driver's position and estimated arrival time on the order tracking page.
Drivers are not insured to carry items up stairs and may decline if asked. If your location has access constraints, contact the team before placing your order. See our delivery restrictions for full details.
Step 4 – Collection
Collection works the same as delivery. Track the driver on the day using the same tracking link. Have all items packed, stacked and ready at the collection point. Items should be free of food debris and liquid. If you have not selected the cleaning option, equipment should be clean and ready for immediate rehire.
Common questions before ordering
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible for peak dates. Summer Saturdays book out months ahead. Most orders can be fulfilled two to three weeks out, but waiting increases the risk of key items being unavailable.
Can I add items after ordering?
Yes, via the website or by contacting the team, subject to availability at the time.
What if I need to cancel?
