How to Order

Our streamlined ordering process is designed to make your experience as smooth as possible. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to place an order with us.


Step 1 – Selecting Your Items

All our products are conveniently listed online, complete with pricing and stock availability. Our standard hire price covers a three-day period, excluding the day of delivery. Please note that the price remains the same for rentals less than three days. For rentals exceeding three days, additional charges apply, provided the items are available.

When selecting items, you'll be prompted to provide details such as delivery and collection dates to check availability. We recommend avoiding delivery or collection on the day of an event as we cannot guarantee specific times. Weekend and bank holiday deliveries and collections may incur additional charges.

Step 2 – Checking Out

Our checkout process is user-friendly. You can check out as a guest or register for an account to easily track your orders. We'll need your delivery details, including the correct contact name, phone number, and address to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Next, you'll need to re-enter your delivery and collection dates for our system to calculate your delivery charges. You can also request early or late slots for an additional fee.

We offer extra services, including a cleaning service, two-person delivery and collection, and a minor damage waiver. These services are itemised for your convenience, and you can choose the ones you need.

Step 3 – Delivery

The day before your delivery, we'll send you a confirmation email with all your delivery details. Please check these details and let us know immediately if there are any issues.

Our delivery drivers work as multi-drop drivers, delivering to and collecting from multiple customers throughout the day. You can track your driver's location and estimated arrival time on our order tracking page.

Please note that our drivers are not insured to carry items up flights of stairs and may refuse delivery if asked to do so. If you have any concerns about access to your property, please read our delivery restrictions or contact us before placing your order.

Step 4 – Collection

Once your event is over, it's time for us to collect your hired items, this process works the same as delivery, and you can track your driver in the same way so you can make sure that your items are ready for collection and are packed away in the provided bags and packing crates.

Please ensure all items are free of liquid and food debris, and any used linen is dry and free of food debris. If you have not selected the 'send it back dirty' option, all equipment should be returned in a condition ready for immediate rehire.
