Folding chairs are a practical, stackable seating option for outdoor events, marquees and venues where space is limited. Expo Hire hires white resin folding chairs and wooden folding chairs, both of which are lightweight, quick to set up and easy to transport.

When to hire folding chairs

White resin folding chairs suit outdoor summer events where a clean, uniform look is needed. They are widely used for outdoor wedding ceremonies, garden parties and street parties. They also suit marquee events where chairs need to be moved between ceremony and dining layouts.

Wooden folding chairs offer a warmer aesthetic and are often chosen for ceremony seating at indoor wedding venues and village halls.

What to hire with folding chairs

Combine with banqueting tables or trestle tables for a simple dining layout. For formal events, add tablecloths in white or ivory. Circular tablecloths and rectangular tablecloths are available to cover the full table range.

Expo Hire stocks large quantities of folding chairs, suitable for events of 50 to 500 guests and beyond. Both white resin and wooden options are available.

No security deposit

Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit. A free minor damage waiver covers minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage is charged at 10 times the hire price. Full details in our terms and conditions.

Delivery and collection

Advance deposit

For orders over £500, you can confirm a booking with a 25% deposit and pay the balance up to 28 days before delivery. The checkout offers this automatically. Full details in our terms and conditions.
