All hire prices are published on the product pages without requiring a login. Once you enter your event dates, prices update to reflect hire duration, and any extended hire discounts are applied automatically.
Expo Hire is a business-to-business website. Prices are shown excluding VAT. At checkout, all applicable VAT is itemised separately, and the order total includes VAT and all other fees.
Delivery charges vary by distance from the nearest depot. The carriage calculator shows the full charge breakdown for any postcode before you place an order. At checkout, all costs are itemised based on your event location so you can review and adjust before payment.
Each hire price covers the item for the hire period. Delivery and collection are charged separately and calculated at checkout based on your postcode. Cleaning on return is included in the standard hire cost. If you opt in to the Send It Back Dirty service, an additional cleaning fee is added at checkout.
The hire price does not cover damage beyond normal wear and tear. Adding the Minor Damage Waiver at checkout means minor accidental breakages are covered at no extra cost per incident.
If you need internal approval before placing an order, the checkout allows you to generate a full PDF quote instead of paying immediately. You can create quotes with different options to present to a decision maker and convert a quote to a confirmed order when ready.
Stock and logistics systems are live. Expo Hire cannot hold or guarantee stock until payment is confirmed.
