Hen Party Equipment Hire
Hen parties range from a dinner for eight to a weekend event for forty. Hosting at home, hiring a party room, or taking over a venue all have different equipment needs, and we supply the furniture and tableware to make the setup work properly. We deliver across England and Wales from 11 depots.
For a seated hen party dinner, round tables create a better atmosphere than long rectangular ones because everyone can see and talk to each other. We hire 5ft and 6ft round tables alongside Chiavari chairs, Cross Back chairs, and folding chairs depending on the look you are going for. For a more relaxed hen party, we hire sofas, tub chairs, and bean bags to create a lounge area. Poseur tables and bar stools can be added if you want a standing drinks area alongside the main seating.
Hen parties go through a lot of glassware. We hire prosecco flutes, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, and champagne saucers. Ordering a mix gives guests flexibility and reduces the risk of running short on the night. We deliver clean glassware and collect dirty, so there is no washing up. For a group of 20, ordering 60 to 80 glasses is a reasonable starting point to allow for turnover through the evening.
Tablecloths, napkins, and table runners pull a table together without much effort. We stock linen in white, ivory, black, gold, and a range of other colours. A coloured runner over a white cloth is a quick way to add a theme without going overboard. Chair covers in satin or polyester are available if you are using folding chairs and want to smarten the look.
For garden hen parties, we hire outdoor furniture, gazebos, parasols, and outdoor catering equipment. Patio heaters are worth adding for evening events even in summer. For larger outdoor hen parties, a gazebo gives the group a covered focal point and keeps the event going if the weather turns.
For hen parties with a dedicated bar area, we hire mobile bars, bar-height counters, and bar stools. A proper bar point with the right furniture keeps the drinks area organised and gives the event a clear focal point. LED bar furniture is available for evening events where you want a visual statement rather than a standard counter setup.
For a self-serve prosecco or cocktail station, we hire wine coolers, ice buckets, and bar accessories alongside the furniture. A poseur table with a stretch tablecloth works as a simpler alternative to a full bar unit if the space is limited or the group is smaller. Either way, having a dedicated drinks point stops the bar area from becoming a crowded corner of someone's kitchen.
All stock levels are shown live on the website. Orders can be placed online at any time without calling for availability. The standard hire period covers three days: delivery the day before your event and collection the day after. Expo Hire delivers across England and Wales from 11 depots.
For larger orders, the Large Order Deposit Scheme lets you reserve stock with a 25% deposit well ahead of the event date. A Minor Damage Waiver is available to cover accidental damage.
