Our logistics team coordinates with your production manager to schedule specific delivery and collection times. We understand that production schedules can change rapidly, and we aim to accommodate adjustments where possible. When placing an order, consider the anticipated number of cast and crew for catering equipment; for instance, calculate approximately 1.5 litres of hot beverage per person. For furniture, measure the dimensions of your production office or set to ensure items fit. We can advise on appropriate quantities for items such as dinnerware or seating capacity for a specific area. Standard hire periods are available, and longer-term contracts can be arranged for extended productions.
