Our 'Send It Back Dirty' Service at Expo Hire
At Expo Hire, we understand that cleaning up after an event can be a daunting task. That's why we've introduced our 'Send It Back Dirty' service, designed to save you time and effort. Here's how it works.
Understanding the Service
We know that washing up crockery, cutlery, and cleaning catering equipment isn't the most enjoyable task, especially after hosting an event. Our 'Send It Back Dirty' service is designed to take this burden off your shoulders.
With this service, you can leave the cleaning to us. Instead of spending time washing crockery or cleaning catering equipment, you can simply pack them up and send them back. We only ask that all crockery, cutlery, and glassware are emptied of food debris and liquid residue before being packed into crates and boxes. Linen should be dry, free of wax or glue, and placed into the supplied laundry bags.
Please note that due to the risk of breakage or loss during cleaning, the 'Send It Back Dirty' service is a mandatory choice in the checkout for all crockery, cutlery, and glassware. For most other items, the service is optional, and the costs are clearly itemised in the checkout for your convenience.
We also enforce the service on difficult to clean items such as our barbecues, and deep fat fryers, when this is the case it will be specified on the individual item pages.
As linen needs to be professionally laundered before it can be used again, the cost of cleaning it is already included in the hire price, so there is no additional 'Send It Back Dirty' service charge. However, if linen is returned heavily stained or damaged and cannot be used again after laundering, our damage policy will be applied.
Please note that if you are hiring to as conference or exhibition centre then we automatically enforce 'Send It Back Dirty' on all items as in our experience these venues lack the facilities and time for exhibitors to clean items themselves, and rather than surprise people with cleaning charges after the event.
