We know from experience that cleaning hire equipment after use isn’t the most particularly pleasurable task – particularly after the hard work of hosting an event. Utilising our “send it back dirty” service dispenses with that task, making the derig of your event just a little bit easier.
By using our send it back dirty service, instead of spending time hunched over a sink washing crockery or bent down wiping off catering equipment, you can leave it all for us to do.
All we ask is that when you use this service, you make sure all crockery, cutlery and glassware has food debris and liquid residue emptied out before it’s put back into crates and boxes. Linen should be dry and have any wax or glue removed and placed into the supplied laundry bags.
There are some things you should know before you place your order.
Due to the chances of breakage / loss while cleaning hire items, all crockery, cutlery and glassware has the send it back dirty service as a mandatory choice in the checkout.
For other items the service is optional, and the costs of both are clearly itemised in the checkout for you.
As linen has to be professionally laundered before it can be used again, the cost of cleaning it has already been factored into hire price and therefore there is no send it back dirty service charge.
However, if linen is returned either heavily stained or damaged and cannot be used again after being laundered then our damage policy will be applied.
