Banqueting tables are the foundation of any formal event layout. Expo Hire hires round banqueting tables in 5ft (60 inch) and 6ft (72 inch) diameters, along with rectangular trestle tables for buffets and top tables. They work equally well for wedding breakfasts, conference dinners and award ceremony gala nights.
Round banqueting tables suit formal dining where conversation across the table matters, particularly at weddings and award ceremonies. Rectangular trestle tables work well for buffets, top tables and less formal layouts.
For conferences and seminars, rectangular tables are often preferred for classroom-style or boardroom-style arrangements.
Banqueting chairs in chrome or gold frames are the standard accompaniment. Cover with circular tablecloths in your chosen colour. For trestle tables, use rectangular tablecloths.
Add crockery, cutlery and fabric napkins to complete the table setting.

Unlike many other event hire companies, Expo Hire do not charge a damage deposit when placing an order. Instead, we run a free minor damage waiver scheme to cover minor damage or loss, so you don’t need to worry if you break the odd glass or plate.
