Bar Mitzvah Equipment Hire
A bar mitzvah celebration is a significant family occasion, and the reception that follows is often one of the larger events a family will organise. Guest lists of 100 to 300 are common, which means the equipment requirements are closer to a wedding than a birthday party.
Round banqueting tables are the standard choice for bar mitzvah receptions because they seat larger groups while keeping conversation easy. We hire 5ft round tables (8 to 10 guests) and 6ft round tables (10 to 12 guests) alongside Chiavari chairs, which are widely used at formal Jewish celebrations. We stock Chiavari chairs in white, black, and limewash.
White and gold linen is a popular combination for bar mitzvah events. We hire floor-length tablecloths in white and ivory, and table runners in gold and a range of other colours. Napkins in matching colours are available alongside.
We hire wine glasses, water glasses, champagne flutes, and full crockery and cutlery settings. For Kiddush, wine glasses and a clear table setting are the minimum requirement. We supply clean glassware and collect after the event.
Our equipment is not certified kosher. If your caterer has specific requirements around equipment used for meat and dairy service, please discuss this with them before placing your order.
For a drinks reception before the seated dinner, poseur tables, bar stools, and a mobile bar work well. We also hire a full range of soft seating and LED furniture if the event has a lounge area or chill-out space.
