For a seated dinner, plan 1 dinner plate, 1 starter plate and 1 dessert plate per guest as a baseline. Add 10% contingency for drops and breakages during service. For a round 3-course dinner for 100 guests, order approximately 110 of each main crockery item.

No. Expo Hire's dirty return service means crockery can go back in the crates with food residue. Scrape solid waste into a bin, empty liquid from bowls and cups, and pack in the original crates. No rinsing required.
There is no minimum quantity per crockery item. The minimum order value for any Expo Hire delivery is £50 ex-VAT excluding carriage.
Yes. White, graphite and storm porcelain can all be added to the same basket and delivered together.
Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit. A free minor damage waiver covers minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage is charged at 10 times the hire price. Full details in our terms and conditions.
