Sorting out delivery of hire equipment can be a stress, especially if it’s an urgent requirement. At Expo Hire we’ve done everything we can to make it as easy as possible.

Uniquely in the event hire industry, we have made it possible for our customers to track their delivery. Simply enter the order number and postcode on our order tracking page and you can see on the map where our driver is and how long it will take for him to get to you.

In addition to this, we send out automated text messages on the day of delivery and collection which confirm your place in our delivery schedule along with a personalised link to our order tracking page, allowing you to find our your delivery status even when away from your computer.

Can Expo Hire work with university purchasing departments?

At Expo Hire our experience with working with entities within the public sector has helped us to understand the economic constraints and bureaucracy that sector has to comply with.

We have made it as easy as possible for anyone to place an order online with easy payment by credit or debit card as well as a deposit scheme for larger advance orders. However, we also understand that some public sector entities must go through purchasing order protocols and require paperwork before an order can be placed.
