Glass Exhibition Showcases Hire

Vertical displays demand tall units to present items at eye level. Tower display cases stand 180 cm tall with a compact 50 cm by 50 cm base footprint. This design maximises vertical space without consuming excess floor area at your stand. Each unit features a strong aluminium frame alongside clear safety glass panels covering all four sides, the top, and the single hinged door. Inside the case, three internal glass shelves give you flexible display options. You can adjust these shelves to suit the height of your products, from small electronics to taller sculptures. A secure internal lock mechanism controls access to your valuable contents.

Low-Profile Display Counters

Low-profile display counters present items at a lower height while functioning as a transaction point. These units feature a wide top surface measuring 100 cm in length, 50 cm in depth, and 90 cm in height. You can display larger products or engage with visitors over the counter. Similar to the tall units, these display counters include glass panels and a durable aluminium frame. The design incorporates a lockable section beneath the main display area, giving you secure storage for marketing materials or personal belongings out of sight. Both styles of case come with an internal light fitting provision, allowing you to add illumination to your exhibits.

Booking your exhibition showcases hire takes only a few minutes through our fully online system. We display all prices and live stock levels directly on the site, meaning you never need to wait for a quote. You pay no security deposit on your order, and every booking includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver to cover accidental scratches or minor wear. We deliver from £40 ex-VAT, calculating the cost by road distance from our Birmingham headquarters or one of our 11 regional depots. On delivery day, you receive an SMS ETA and a link for live vehicle tracking. Complete your event setup by adding table hire or other furniture hire items to your basket. Stock levels update in real time, so select your hire dates to check availability and confirm your order online.

No security deposit

Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit. A free minor damage waiver covers minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage is charged at 10 times the hire price. Full details in our terms and conditions.

Exhibition venue delivery

Expo Hire charges a fixed fee to many major exhibition centres across the UK, covering timed delivery and collection direct to your hall and stand number. Check whether your venue qualifies on the carriage calculator. For most qualifying venues the fixed charge is £100 with a minimum order of £500.

Advance deposit

For orders over £1,000, you can confirm a booking with a 25% deposit and pay the balance up to 28 days before delivery. The checkout offers this automatically. Full details in our terms and conditions.
