You can book chair hire and table hire together in one order, check live stock by date, and see your delivery price before you confirm. No deposit is taken. Delivery starts from £40 ex VAT.
Our chair hire range covers banqueting chairs, folding chairs, Chiavari chairs, stackable chairs and outdoor garden chairs. Banqueting chairs suit hotel dinners, award nights and formal seated receptions. Folding chairs are the practical choice for conferences, training rooms, examination halls and outdoor events. Chiavari chairs in gold, silver, black and limewash finishes are used at weddings and gala dinners where presentation matters. All chairs are delivered packed and your team sets them up on site, or we can discuss a dressed setup service for larger orders.
Our table hire range includes trestle tables, round dining tables, poseur tables, folding banquet tables and exhibition tables. Trestle tables are the most versatile option: used for dining, registration, buffet service, exhibition stands and bar setups. Round dining tables in 5ft and 6ft diameters seat eight to twelve guests and suit formal dinners and wedding breakfasts. Poseur tables work for standing receptions, bar areas and trade stands. We stock tables in the quantities most events need, from a single meeting table to several hundred for a large-scale dinner.
Most events need both. You can add chairs and tables to the same basket and book them for the same delivery date. For a seated dinner, round dining tables with banqueting chairs is the most common setup. For a conference, rectangular folding tables with stacking chairs suit rows, cabaret layouts and U-shapes. For a wedding reception, Chiavari chairs with round tables and table linen is the standard approach. We can supply crockery, glassware, cutlery and linen in the same order, so your venue can be dressed from a single delivery without coordinating multiple suppliers.
Outdoor events need furniture that handles weather and uneven ground. We stock outdoor furniture hire including garden chairs, folding tables, picnic furniture and bar-height poseur tables for marquees, festivals and garden parties. Outdoor furniture orders often include patio heaters for evening use and gazebo hire for shelter. If your event has an indoor and outdoor element, you can mix indoor and outdoor furniture in one order and have it delivered together on one van.

Conference organisers book folding tables and stacking chairs in bulk for training rooms, seminar spaces and exhibition halls. A standard 6ft trestle table with chairs is the minimum build for an exhibition stand. Training rooms are typically set in rows or cabaret with one chair per delegate. We supply furniture for events at exhibition centres, university campuses, hotel conference rooms and convention venues. Large orders for multi-day events with hundreds of delegates can be confirmed in advance with a call to our sales team to check stock and plan delivery timing.

We deliver tables and chairs to venues across England and Wales from our depots in Birmingham, Manchester, London, Tiverton, the Cotswolds and Yorkshire. Most event venues in England are within our standard delivery range. Transport starts from £40 ex VAT and is calculated by road distance from your nearest depot. Sunday delivery is available at the standard weekend rate — useful for events that need furniture in place on Saturday for a Sunday event, or collected the Monday after a weekend wedding or festival.
A 5ft round table comfortably seats eight guests. A 6ft round table seats ten. For a trestle table used for dining, allow 24 inches of space per person along each side. Most events add extra chairs for top tables, cake tables and gift tables, so ordering a small buffer is sensible.
Yes. Linen is optional. If you are using your own tablecloths, just hire the bare tables. If you want a finished look, we stock white and ivory linen tablecloths in sizes to fit 5ft and 6ft round tables and standard trestle table lengths.
As early as possible for peak summer weekends and the Christmas season. Stock is allocated by date, so popular items on bank holiday weekends and late November through December fill up weeks ahead. For mid-week corporate events, a week's notice is usually enough. Live availability is shown on every product page.
The standard hire period is three days: delivery day, event day and collection day. Extended hire is available if you need furniture for longer. Hire is charged for the full period from delivery to collection, not just the event day itself.
