Expo Hire supplies cocktail glasses for events and mobile bars throughout England and Wales. We stock styles suitable for corporate hospitality, private parties, and product launches. Each glass is machine washed and inspected before delivery.

Our Cocktail Glass Selection

We stock a range of cocktail glasses for various drink styles. Our collection includes classic designs and contemporary options.

• Martini Glasses: Holding 25cl (8.5oz), these glasses feature a conical bowl and a long stem. They are suitable for classic Martinis, Cosmopolitans, and Espresso Martinis.
• Margarita Glasses: With a capacity of 30cl (10oz), these glasses have a distinctive stepped bowl. Use them for Margaritas and other frozen cocktails.
• Hurricane Glasses: Designed for larger cocktails, these 45cl (15oz) glasses feature a tall, curved bowl. They are ideal for drinks like the Hurricane, Pina Colada, and Sex on the Beach.
• Coupette Glasses: These 22cl (7.5oz) glasses have a saucer-shaped bowl and a stem. They serve well for Champagne, Daiquiris, and Manhattans.
• Gin Glasses: Our 60cl (20oz) gin glasses, also known as Copa de Balon, feature a large bowl and a short stem. They are commonly used for Gin & Tonics and Spritz cocktails.

Typical Use Cases

Cocktail glasses suit various professional settings. Mobile bars use them for service at festivals and private functions. Hotels and restaurants hire them for special events, overflow, or during busy periods. Corporate events, product launches, and wedding receptions also commonly require specific cocktail glassware.

Considerations for Hiring

When planning your event, estimate 2 to 3 cocktail glasses per guest to allow for drink changes and breakages. Our glasses arrive in crates of 25. You should return them dirty in the same crates. We handle all washing upon return.

No security deposit

Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit. A free minor damage waiver covers minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage is charged at 10 times the hire price. Full details in our terms and conditions.

Delivery and collection

Advance deposit

For orders over £1,000, you can confirm a booking with a 25% deposit and pay the balance up to 28 days before delivery. The checkout offers this automatically. Full details in our terms and conditions.
