Standing Halloween Drinks Party

For a standing cocktail and drinks party, poseur tables form the core of the furniture layout. Guests stand, drink, and circulate rather than sitting at assigned places. For 50 guests, allow 6 to 8 poseur tables. For 100 guests, 12 to 15 tables spread across the venue space.

Glassware for a Halloween cocktail party includes highball glasses for long cocktails and punch, and rocks glasses for spirits and short drinks. For 100 guests, order 200 to 250 glasses across all types. Guests at a standing party use more than one glass over the course of the evening, so ordering more than one glass per head is the right approach.

For a corporate event of 100 to 200 guests, the core hire items are: poseur tables for the reception, round tables and chairs for the dinner, crockery and cutlery for the meal, and glassware for both the reception and dinner service. A full linen set in black or white ties the look together without requiring much decoration.
