Delivery starts from £40 ex-VAT, calculated by road distance from your nearest depot. On the day of your event, we provide live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA. No other UK hire company offers live order tracking for both delivery and collection. You can track your driver's progress using your order number and postcode. We deliver the tables clean, tested, and ready for use. We operate on a dry hire basis, meaning we drop off the equipment and collect it after your event. We do not offer setup, installation, or on-site support. You must arrange your own staff to position the tables within your venue.
Clients with their own transport can use our self-collection service. You can collect your order directly from our primary Birmingham depot. This service operates Monday to Friday, between 7am and 3pm. You must bring a suitable vehicle to transport your hired items. Our warehouse staff will help load the tables into your van, but you are responsible for securing the load. Drivers must bring straps and blankets to protect the furniture during transit. This option eliminates delivery charges entirely.
