Halloween and Bonfire Night events are usually outdoors, after dark, and open to the public. That brings a different equipment list than an indoor party.

Halloween trails, fireworks displays and Bonfire Night gatherings run outdoors, after dark, often on public or semi-public land. The equipment list looks different to an indoor Halloween party: crowd management and shelter matter as much as seating.
A bonfire only heats the immediate area around it. Patio heaters or infrared units near stalls and seating keep the rest of the event comfortable, particularly if the display runs for an hour or more before fireworks start.
These events often get confirmed later than a wedding or corporate booking, sometimes just a few weeks out. If your date is set, book early anyway. Late October and the days around 5 November are some of our busiest outdoor dates of the year.
