Expo Hire hires event furniture, catering equipment, linen, glassware, crockery, cutlery and outdoor equipment to weddings, conferences, exhibitions, festivals and private events across England and Wales. Everything in the catalogue can be ordered online with live stock availability and transparent pricing. There is no quote process and no minimum spend.
Furniture hire covers the full range of event seating and tables: banqueting chairs, round and trestle tables, Chesterfield and contemporary sofas, bar furniture, bar stools and outdoor furniture. LED furniture and exhibition display furniture are also available.
Catering equipment hire covers commercial kitchen and serving kit: ovens, fridges and freezers, cooking equipment, bar equipment, beverage equipment and BBQs. All gas appliances carry current Gas Safe certification. All electrical equipment is PAT tested.
Linen hire includes tablecloths in circular, rectangular and fitted styles, napkins, chair covers and table runners. Multiple colours and sizes are available across all linen ranges.
Glassware hire covers wine glasses, beer glasses, champagne flutes, cocktail glasses and tumblers. Glassware is available in the quantities required for the event, and can be returned dirty using the Send It Back Dirty service.

For large orders, the Large Order Deposit Scheme lets you secure stock with a 25% deposit well in advance of the event date. If you need to check availability or discuss a complex order, the team is available by phone and email.
Expo Hire delivers to venues across England and Wales. Delivery charges are calculated by mileage from the depot and shown at checkout before you complete the order.
