A4 freestanding catalogue holder for hire. Angled PETG pocket, aluminium pole, header panel and weighted base. Suits exhibitions and reception areas.

Use this A4 freestanding catalogue holder when you need brochures, order forms or programmes in clear reach without giving up table space. The unit uses an angled A4 PETG pocket, a satin silver anodised aluminium pole, a silver moulded base with an internal steel plate, an A4 header panel for branding and a stable 3kg build that suits exhibition aisles, venue foyers and reception points.
One holder works for a small reception desk, a single exhibition stand or a venue entrance where guests need one document, such as a running order or price list. Larger stands often use two holders, one on each open edge, so guests can grab literature without crowding one corner of the space.
Use the holder where foot traffic already slows down. Good positions include the front corner of a stand, beside a welcome desk, next to a product display, outside a seminar room or near a sponsor wall. These spots catch guests when they already pause to read, register or wait for a conversation.
If your stand team hands out brochures during the day, the holder still earns its place. It keeps spare copies visible, gives late-arriving guests a self-serve option and stops the last catalogue stack from sliding across a counter under cups, phones and badge scanners.
The header panel gives you a clean branding point above the literature pocket. Use it for the company name, a short call to action, a product family name or a QR code instruction. Guests can spot the message before they reach the leaflets.
Exhibition organisers and venue teams also use these holders outside seminar rooms and hospitality suites. Place one at the room entrance for agendas, feedback forms or seating plans. Place another near the exit if you want guests to take a brochure after the session instead of on the way in.
If you expect heavy pickup, order more than one holder or keep refill stock behind the counter. A full pocket looks active. An empty pocket looks forgotten, even on a strong stand.
A small stand often needs one. A corner stand or a stand with traffic on two sides often needs two so guests can pick up literature from either approach.
Most teams use the panel for a logo, product name, short message or QR-code prompt that tells guests what sits in the pocket.
Place it where guests slow down, such as a stand corner, welcome desk, seminar entrance or next to a product display.
