How does delivery work for restaurants and private dining events?

Knowing when your equipment will arrive is one less thing to manage in the run-up to an event. Expo Hire makes it possible to track your delivery in real time. Enter your order number and postcode on our order tracking page to see where the driver is and how long until they reach you.

We also send automated text messages on the day of delivery and collection confirming your place in the schedule, along with a personalised tracking link.

Pay just 25% deposit when booking large restaurant hire orders

For orders over £500 with a delivery date more than a month away, Expo Hire offers a 25% advance deposit scheme. Pay a quarter of the order total to secure your booking, with the remainder due 28 days before delivery.
