Book two tier heated gantry hire for your commercial kitchen or catering setup. This stainless steel unit keeps plates and dishes warm before service.

Professional kitchens require precise temperature control during busy service periods. Booking two tier heated gantry hire gives your catering team essential warming capacity directly above hot cupboards or preparation tables. This stainless steel unit holds plates and prepared dishes at safe serving temperatures before they reach the dining room. You gain two distinct levels of heat distribution, keeping your pass organised while preventing rapid cooling of plated meals.
The lower shelf focuses on warming empty plates, a critical detail for formal dining events. Serving hot food on cold plates ruins the meal, but this gantry solves that problem. The upper level holds loaded platters or individual portions, maintaining heat until the waiting staff collect them. Measuring 0.8000m wide and 0.7000m high, the unit integrates into standard commercial kitchen layouts without taking up valuable floor space.
We supply this equipment in commercial-grade stainless steel, making it straightforward to wipe down after service. Food service environments demand strict hygiene standards, and this metal construction resists stains and corrosion. Every order includes our free minor damage waiver, covering accidental scratches or dents during your event. You also avoid tying up cash, as we require no security deposit on your booking.
Planning a large-scale banquet or corporate function involves coordinating multiple suppliers. Expo Hire operates 11 regional depots across England and Wales, delivering your equipment directly to the venue. On delivery day, you receive live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA, removing the guesswork from your schedule. Consider adding this gantry to your broader catering equipment hire order to build a complete hot food station. We also supply matching table hire options for your back-of-house preparation areas.
Managing event logistics requires precise timing and dependable suppliers. Our fully online ordering system lets you secure your items 24/7 without making a single phone call. Prices and live stock levels display directly on the site, allowing you to budget accurately for your upcoming events. We calculate delivery from £40 ex-VAT based on road distance from your nearest depot. Customers preferring to collect their own items can visit our Birmingham head office for warehouse self-collection Monday to Friday between 7am and 3pm.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
