Book cheese knife hire for your next catering event. These 5.5-inch stainless steel knives feature cut-outs to stop soft cheeses sticking to the blade.
Organising a self-service grazing station requires specific tools to handle different food types. Booking your cheese knife hire gives your catering team the right equipment to manage everything from soft brie to firm cheddar. This 0.15kg stainless steel knife features a 5.5-inch blade with integrated cut-outs. These air pockets stop sticky cheeses clinging to the metal, keeping the blade clean during busy service periods. The £0.75 ex-VAT hire price makes this an economical addition to your catering inventory.
At the tip of the blade, twin prongs provide extra utility for your staff. Caterers use these prongs to lift delicate slices onto individual plates or break apart aged blocks at high-volume banquets. The black plastic handle gives users a secure grip, reducing hand fatigue during long shifts. You can pair these knives with other items from our catering equipment hire catalogue to complete your buffet setup. Event organisers frequently place these knives alongside wooden serving boards on our table hire options to create dedicated grazing stations.
Corporate board meetings and wedding receptions often feature artisan cheese boards as part of the menu. Supplying the correct utensils helps delegates and guests serve themselves without creating a mess on the presentation slates. Arranging your cheese knife hire also includes our "Send It Back Dirty" service. Your team can return all cutlery, glassware, and crockery unwashed after the event. We handle the cleaning at our Birmingham depot, saving your staff valuable time during the venue breakdown. This service applies to all food-contact items in your order.
Expo Hire operates 11 regional depots across England and Wales, delivering commercial-grade equipment directly to your venue. We calculate delivery costs by road distance from your nearest depot, starting from £40 ex-VAT. You do not need to pay a security deposit to secure your booking, and we include a free minor damage waiver on every order. Live stock levels and pricing appear directly on this page, allowing you to plan your budget accurately. Add the required quantities to your basket and confirm your dates online today.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
