Expo Hire provides reliable event equipment hire across the UK. This mobile hot cupboard with two bain-marie compartments offers a practical solution for keeping food at the correct serving temperature throughout your event.
When you need to keep plated meals or bulk food items warm and ready for service, our Mobile Hot Cupboard with 2 Bains Marie is an essential piece of catering equipment. This unit is designed for efficient food holding and distribution, so your guests enjoy hot, fresh food. The top surface features two GN 1/1 dry bain-marie compartments. These compartments work well for holding pre-plated meals or gastronorm containers filled with various dishes. The dry heat system means you do not need to add water, simplifying setup and maintenance during your busy service periods. This design prevents steam build-up and keeps food at its optimal texture.
Below the bain-marie section, you will find two internal shelves. These shelves provide additional storage space, allowing you to keep extra plates, serving dishes, or backup food items warm and accessible. The generous internal capacity helps streamline your catering operation, reducing trips to the kitchen and keeping everything you need close at hand. This setup is particularly useful for events with staggered serving times or large guest numbers, where maintaining a steady supply of warm food is critical.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, this mobile hot cupboard is built to handle the demands of professional catering environments. Its sturdy construction makes it suitable for a wide range of events, from corporate functions and weddings to large outdoor festivals. The unit is fitted with strong castors, making it easy to move between preparation areas and serving stations. This mobility gives you flexibility in your event layout and allows for quick repositioning as needed, without compromising food safety or service efficiency.
Maintaining food at safe and appealing temperatures is a key challenge for any event caterer. Our mobile hot cupboard addresses this directly, helping you meet food safety regulations while delivering a high-quality dining experience. Whether you are serving a buffet, a plated dinner, or simply need a holding solution for a busy kitchen, this unit provides consistent, controlled warmth. If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
