Secure your mobile hot cupboard - 2 bains marie hire for commercial catering events. This 50kg stainless steel unit holds food at safe serving temperatures.

Professional event caterers require dependable equipment to hold food at safe temperatures during busy service periods. Booking your mobile hot cupboard - 2 bains marie hire gives your kitchen team a practical holding unit for plated meals and bulk ingredients. This 50kg stainless steel appliance features two dry GN 1/1 bain-marie compartments on the top surface. Dry heat operation means your staff do not need to add water during the event, reducing maintenance tasks for busy chefs. This setup prevents steam build-up and maintains optimal food texture before service. The strong metal exterior withstands the daily rigours of commercial kitchens and temporary marquee setups.
Below the top compartments, the unit contains two internal shelves for additional storage capacity. Your catering staff can use this space to keep backup dishes, extra plates, and side portions warm. The generous internal dimensions help your team reduce trips back to the main kitchen, keeping food flow steady. Four heavy-duty castors allow you to move the 945mm x 670mm x 900mm cupboard directly from the preparation area to the serving station. Locking brakes secure the unit in place during service, preventing unwanted movement while staff plate up hot meals.
Large-scale banquets, corporate hospitality events, and festival food tents demand rigorous temperature control. This unit helps your kitchen meet strict food safety regulations while serving hundreds of guests. Event organisers and venue managers trust Expo Hire to supply commercial-grade catering equipment hire for demanding environments. We include a free minor damage waiver on every order, giving you peace of mind during high-pressure catering operations. You also avoid security deposits, as we never charge them for standard bookings. Independent caterers and exhibition builders frequently pair these units with our broader inventory to complete their temporary kitchen setups.
