Secure your cafetiere 6 cup hire for upcoming corporate meetings and wedding breakfasts. We supply commercial-grade coffee presses with live stock availability.

Serve fresh coffee to your guests with a commercial-grade stainless steel press. Booking your cafetiere 6 cup hire gives attendees a direct brewing method right at their table. Each unit holds enough water and grounds to pour six standard servings. You boil the water, add your preferred roast, steep the mixture, and press the plunger down. This manual process extracts rich flavours without requiring complex machinery or electrical connections at the serving station.
Weighing exactly 0.50kg, this lightweight item remains stable during use. The physical dimensions include a height of 0.2200 metres and a length of 0.1150 metres, taking up minimal space on crowded dining surfaces. The metal construction retains heat better than glass alternatives, keeping the contents warm during long boardroom meetings or extended breakfast services. A precision metal filter separates the grounds from the liquid, pouring a clean cup every time.
Event organisers deploy these presses across various professional settings. Corporate hospitality teams place them on meeting room tables alongside cups and saucers. Wedding caterers use them during the breakfast service, allowing guests to pour their own hot drinks. Planning a complete dining layout often requires table hire to create the right seating arrangement. Adding chair hire completes the physical setup for your attendees.
Washing up takes valuable time after a busy service. Expo Hire operates a "Send It Back Dirty" policy for all catering items. You return the unwashed presses, and our warehouse team handles the cleaning process. We require no security deposit to secure your booking. You manage everything through our website, from checking live stock quantities to confirming delivery dates. Our transport network covers England and Wales, providing live vehicle tracking and SMS updates on your delivery day.
Expand your beverage station by exploring our full selection of catering equipment hire. We list all prices live on the site, removing the need for lengthy quote requests. Select your required quantities, choose your event dates, and complete your order online today.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
