Trestle and Banqueting Table Hire for Event Layouts

Rectangular trestle tables come in two lengths: 6ft (183cm) and 8ft (244cm). Both models span 2ft 6in (76cm) wide and reach a standard height of 2ft 6in (76cm). These units feature plywood tops and folding metal legs, making them practical to transport and set up. Trestle tables support exhibition stands, market stalls, catering prep areas, and back-of-house surfaces. For front-of-house applications, you cover these units with cloths. You can pair them with linen hire to match your corporate colours.

Circular banqueting tables suit dining and social areas. These come in diameters of 3ft (92cm), 4ft (122cm), 5ft (153cm), and 6ft (183cm). All round models stand 2ft 6in (76cm) tall. A 3ft unit seats four guests, a 4ft version seats six, a 5ft option accommodates eight to ten guests, and a 6ft top seats ten to twelve guests. These surfaces accommodate formal dinners, breakout zones, and display areas at product launches. They require tablecloths.

Before dispatch, our staff check each item for structural integrity and cleanliness. We strap the stock for secure transit on our delivery vehicles. On delivery day, you receive live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA. Our system calculates delivery from £40 ex-VAT based on road distance from your nearest depot.

Many table hire setups require seating to complete the arrangement. You can add chair hire to your order, including banqueting models for round tops and folding styles for informal settings. Every order includes a free Minor Damage Waiver, protecting you against accidental scratches or minor wear. We require no security deposit, and you can secure orders over £1,000 with a 25% advance payment. Prices and live stock show directly on the site. Advance deposit
