Book your 5ft circular banqueting table - hire directly online. This 1520mm diameter commercial-grade table seats up to eight guests. Live pricing shown.

Securing the right furniture forms the foundation of any professional event layout. Booking a 5ft circular banqueting table - hire gives you a commercial-grade unit that seats up to eight guests. The 1520mm diameter provides ample space for place settings, glassware, and centrepieces. Event organisers across England and Wales rely on this specific size for gala dinners, wedding breakfasts, and corporate award ceremonies.
Each table features an 18mm plywood top supported by collapsible metal legs. The 25.00kg weight keeps the unit stable during multi-course meals and prevents wobbles on uneven marquee flooring. Venue managers and independent caterers appreciate the folding mechanism, as staff can stack multiple units flat to save valuable storage space between functions. You can pair these units with matching chair hire options to complete your floor plan.
Adding a circular banqueting table - hire to your inventory list secures a stable dining surface for your attendees. Expo Hire operates entirely online, allowing you to bypass lengthy phone calls and manual quotes. You see live pricing and real-time stock levels directly on this page. We include a Free Minor Damage Waiver on every order, protecting you against accidental scratches or minor scuffs during your event. Furthermore, we require no security deposit, freeing up your budget for other aspects of your production.
We deliver these tables clean, tested, and ready for immediate deployment. Our transport team calculates delivery costs starting from £40 ex-VAT based on the road distance from your nearest regional depot. On the day of your delivery, you receive a live vehicle tracking link and an SMS ETA, keeping your site crew informed. You must provide your own linen hire to cover the bare plywood surface, as these tables serve strictly as functional underpinnings rather than decorative pieces.
Managing large-scale event logistics requires dependable equipment and transparent pricing. You can secure a 25% advance deposit option on orders over £500, helping you manage cash flow for major bookings. Stock levels update in real time. Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
