The 24-litre sous vide water bath holds GN 1/1 gastronorm containers for extended low-temperature cooking with tight temperature control. Digital controls set temperature to within 0.5°C up to 95°C; a timer function runs unattended cooking cycles. The 200mm-deep basin fits vacuum-sealed bags flat. A front drain tap with safety lock empties the bath without lifting it. The silicone lid reduces evaporation during long cooks and is included in the hire.

Setup and use
Fill with distilled water only — tap water causes limescale damage to the heating elements. Food must be vacuum-sealed before placing in the bath; if you need a sealer, hire the Chamber Vacuum Sealer alongside. Plug into a 220V socket, set temperature and timer from the digital panel, and allow the bath to reach temperature before loading bags. The unit weighs 12.8kg. Vacuum bags are not included.
