Make coffee at your event or exhibition with this modern bean to cup coffee machine hire. Easy to use for great drinks every time.
Coffee has come a long way from instant packets and hot water boilers. Delegates at events and exhibitions expect more - and you can deliver more with this great bean to cup coffee machine hire.
This machine has many great features to make the best coffee. The aromaDouble Shot double grinding and brewery process helps ensure you can get extra strong coffee without the bitterness. This works in a quite ingenious fashion: two single espressos are ground and brewed, as opposed to one large espresso, This automatic process ensures that there is no bitter aftertaste, as less water means that less bitterness is released — ensuring that only the best of the beans make it into your cup.
There is also fully automatic steam cleaning and optimal hygiene thanks to autoMilk Clean. This fully automatic steam cleaning system activates after every drink, ensuring perfect hygiene and relieving you of having to clean the milk system every day. Milk residue simply doesn’t get a chance to develop – allowing you to just sit back and enjoy a great cup of coffee.
The high-quality ceramDrive grinder grinds the coffee beans to a very even consistency, allowing all the different notes to develop during the brewing process — for an exceptionally aromatic coffee experience. Unlike steel grinders, ceramic is very robust and stays sharp for longer, meaning long-lasting premium-quality coffee is guaranteed.
Thanks to the coffeeSelect Display, the perfect coffee experience starts the moment you switch on the machine. The large user interface presents an inviting selection of aromatic coffee and milk specialities that can be accessed by simply touching the sensor controls – making your coffee experience as seamless as possible.
What kinds of exhibition accessory hire does Expo Hire offer?
Sometimes it’s the little details that make events and exhibitions work better. We’ve put together event and exhibition accessory hire products which can help add the finishing touches to events as diverse as trade shows, seminars and conferences.
There are more fashion, vintage and preloved clothing events than ever and with this in mind we’ve got products to help make these shows a success. These range from the obvious such as mirrors and mannequins for hire, to the useful such as clothes rails and partition walls to create changing areas.
For those looking to showcase their services to customers, we have a range of literature, brochure and easels which make it very easy to have information readily displayed. We also have iPad stands which are great for creating a temporary EPOS solution for exhibitions and events.
To make a seminar successful, it’s important to have ways to show and teach information which are easily understood by attendees. For those using a laptop, having a smart TV or projection system can make it very easy to share a PowerPoint presentation; while a flip charts can help turn discussions into proper learning experiences. We also offer folding stages and PA systems for those who are speaking to large numbers of delegates.

If it takes the driver longer then you will be charged £12.50 per additional 15 minutes. If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately an additional carriage charge will be added to your order.
If there are likely to be issues with regards to location, staff onsite or the size of the order, then it's imperative you advise us BEFORE you place your order. Please note that our vans cannot go off-road onto grass or dirt areas, particularly when it has been wet due to the chances of the vehicle getting stuck.
