Hire Siemens Bean To Cup Coffee Machine - Black for weddings and receptions. 2.3 litre. No deposit. Delivery across England and Wales.
A Siemens bean-to-cup coffee machine for events, meetings, exhibitions, and corporate hospitality. Grinds whole beans and brews to order — every cup uses freshly ground coffee rather than pre-ground pods. The aromaDouble Shot system brews two short espressos back-to-back then combines them, which produces a stronger, less bitter result than a single long extraction.
Self-service capable. The coffeeSelect touchscreen display lets guests choose espresso, cappuccino, latte, or black coffee without a trained operator. Staff time at a bean-to-cup station is limited to restocking beans and milk and emptying the grounds container — typically once every 20 to 30 drinks.
The Siemens bean-to-cup brews one drink every 30 to 60 seconds depending on drink type. For a conference of 100 delegates with a 20-minute coffee break, expect demand of 60 to 80 drinks in the break period. One machine handles this comfortably with a small queue at peak. For a standing reception of 150+ guests where coffee demand is concurrent, consider hiring two machines.
Bean hopper capacity is approximately 300g of whole beans — roughly 40 to 50 drinks. Refill once per 50 drinks. Water tank capacity is around 2.3 litres — refill once per 8 to 10 drinks if not plumbed in directly.
Fill the water tank, load whole beans into the hopper, and prime the machine. The coffeeSelect display guides first-time setup. Connect to any standard 13A socket. The ceramDrive ceramic grinder is quieter than steel-burr alternatives and maintains consistent grind settings across the hire period — no recalibration needed between events.
The machine arrives clean and tested. At the end of hire, return it with any remaining beans and without emptying the grounds container — the depot handles cleaning.
Also available: additional bean-to-cup models and the commercial filter coffee machine for high-volume filter service.
