Hire Commercial Waffle Maker - Double for festivals and exhibitions. 500mm x 460mm x 200mm. No deposit. Delivery across England and Wales.

High-volume breakfast buffets and busy exhibition stands demand rapid food production. Securing a commercial waffle maker - double hire gives your catering team the capacity to cook two 17cm Belgian waffles at the same time. This 9.50kg stainless steel unit features two independent 1300W Teflon-coated cooking plates. Dual plates allow your staff to manage long queues and serve fresh batches without delay.
Operating this silver appliance requires minimal counter space. The unit measures 500mm x 460mm x 200mm, fitting directly onto standard mobile kitchen counters or temporary food stalls. Non-stick surfaces speed up the cooking process and reduce cleaning time between batches. Each cycle yields two full-sized waffles or eight individual segments, giving you flexibility over portion sizes.
Booking your catering equipment hire through our online platform takes minutes. We display live pricing and stock levels on the site, eliminating the need for phone calls. You pay no security deposit on your order, and every booking includes a free minor damage waiver. We supply commercial-grade equipment to professional event organisers, independent caterers, and corporate teams across England and Wales.
Planning a large-scale food festival or university open day requires precise logistics. We operate 11 regional depots to support your event, calculating delivery costs from £40 ex-VAT by road distance. On delivery day, you receive an SMS ETA and live vehicle tracking to monitor your driver. Pair this unit with our table hire to create a complete serving station. Stock levels update in real time. Select your hire dates to check availability and confirm your order online.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
