Hire 1.5m red velour barrier ropes with gold ends for crowd control. Large stock, UK delivery. Book online for competitive prices.

Create clear pathways and elegant queues at your next event with Expo Hire's red velour barrier ropes. Each rope measures 1.5 metres in length and comes equipped with sturdy gold-plated end hooks. These ropes connect directly to our stanchion posts or wall brackets, forming a sophisticated crowd-control barrier. They are ideal for a variety of functions, from managing guest flow at busy exhibitions to defining VIP areas at prestigious events.
When planning your barrier layout, consider the spacing between your stanchion posts. For a visually appealing and functional drape, we recommend calculating one post for every 1.2 metres of rope. This spacing allows the rope to hang with a natural, attractive sag. For a straight run of barriers, you will need one more stanchion post than the number of ropes you use. For more complex layouts, drawing a simple plan of your event space will help you determine the exact number of ropes and posts required.
Remember that these ropes are designed to work with our range of stanchion posts, available in both chrome and gold finishes to complement your event's aesthetic. You can hire these posts separately. The gold end hooks on the ropes are designed to fit the eyelets found on standard stanchion posts and wall-mounted brackets.
These red velour barrier ropes with gold ends offer a touch of class and practicality for numerous event types:
Attaching the ropes is straightforward. Simply clip the gold hooks on each end of the rope into the corresponding eyelets on your stanchion posts or wall brackets. Ensure your wall brackets are installed at the same height as your stanchion post attachments for a consistent barrier line.

You need two stanchion posts to support one rope. If you are creating a long barrier line, you need one post for every 1.2 metres of rope to achieve the recommended drape.
Calculate one post for every 1.2 metres of rope. This spacing creates a visible, professional curve between the posts.
The clips fit all standard stanchion posts that feature eyelets. Check your posts have compatible attachment points before you order.
Yes, you attach the gold clips to wall-mounted eyelet brackets. Ensure your wall brackets sit at the same height as your stanchion post attachments.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50m of the vehicle. If it takes the driver longer then you will be charged £12.50 per additional 15 minutes. If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately an additional carriage charge will be added to your order.
If there are likely to be issues with regards to location, staff onsite or the size of the order, then it's imperative you advise us BEFORE you place your order. Please note that our vans cannot go off-road onto grass or dirt areas, particularly when it has been wet due to the chances of the vehicle getting stuck.
As our drivers are multiple drop drivers, any issues with your delivery or collection of your order could result in issues for other customers. We ask that you are mindful of this when we are delivering or collecting your order.
