Book salt pot hire for your next catering event. These white porcelain condiment dispensers feature a single hole design. Order online with live pricing.
Organising a formal banquet or corporate dinner requires attention to every detail on the dining table. Booking salt pot hire gives your catering team uniform, commercial-grade condiment dispensers for large guest numbers. These white vitrified porcelain pots withstand heavy use in busy hospitality environments. A single dispensing hole gives guests precise control over their seasoning. You can pair these with our matching pepper pots to complete your table settings. Matching tableware helps your front-of-house staff set up the room with precision.
Catering for hundreds of guests generates significant washing up at the end of the night. Expo Hire includes a "Send It Back Dirty" service with all crockery, glassware, and tableware orders. You return the pots unwashed, and our warehouse team handles the cleaning at our Birmingham depot. Every order also includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver, covering accidental chips or breakages during your event. No other UK hire company provides this waiver free of charge. You also avoid paying any security deposit when you book through our website, keeping your event budget clear.
Professional event organisers rely on uniform presentation across the dining room. White porcelain matches standard commercial plates and bowls, creating a cohesive look for wedding breakfasts, awards ceremonies, and charity galas. Arranging table hire for a large venue requires careful planning; placing one set of condiments per six guests prevents delays during food service. You can browse our catering equipment hire category to source everything from prep stations to serving dishes. We supply equipment to major clients including the BBC, ITV, and Cambridge University.
We supply these items ready for immediate use on your tables. The vitrified finish resists scratching from cutlery and stacking during transport. Our team inspects and counts every item before dispatch.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
