Book bead parish tea spoon hire for your next corporate event or wedding. Each stainless steel spoon weighs 0.03kg. Return them unwashed after use.
Organising a formal dining event requires commercial-grade tableware. Securing your bead parish tea spoon hire guarantees your guests receive high-quality stainless steel cutlery for hot beverages and dessert courses. Each spoon weighs a substantial 0.03kg, providing a balanced feel in the hand. The classic beaded border design suits corporate luncheons, wedding breakfasts, and afternoon tea services. Professional event organisers rely on this specific pattern to maintain a consistent aesthetic across large-scale banquets. Independent caterers and venue managers appreciate the durability of the metal, which resists bending during heavy commercial use.
Managing post-event cleanup takes time and resources. Expo Hire removes this burden with our "Send It Back Dirty" service. You pack the used cutlery into the crates we supply, and our warehouse team handles the washing. Every order also includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver, protecting you against standard wear and tear. You can pair these spoons with items from our cutlery hire range or match them directly with the full Bead Parish cutlery collection. For larger setups, integrate your tableware with our catering equipment hire to build complete beverage stations. We supply named clients including the BBC, ITV, and Cambridge University with reliable event equipment.
Stock management matters when planning events for hundreds of attendees. We hold extensive quantities of these tea spoons in our Birmingham headquarters and 11 regional depots. Our transport team delivers across England and Wales, providing live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA on your delivery day. You never pay a security deposit, keeping your event budget focused on your core operations. Booking your bead parish tea spoon hire takes minutes through our online platform. We operate entirely online, meaning you bypass lengthy phone calls and manual quotes.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
