Product Description
The electric smoker oven has 8 chrome-plated racks and handles hot and warm smoking of meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and cheese. It also works for grilling, steaming and drying. Temperature runs from 30°C to 120°C via a manual rotary dial; a front-mounted thermometer gives a direct reading without opening the door. Set the 0–12 hour timer and the unit shuts off automatically. Wood chips load through a front drawer without interrupting the smoking cycle, and an adjustable chimney controls smoke density. Double-walled stainless steel with rock wool insulation keeps heat in throughout a long cook.

Setup and use
For outdoor use only. Place on firm, level ground away from flammable materials. Load wood chips into the front drawer, arrange food on the chrome racks, and set temperature and timer from the control box. A drip tray above the smoking tray catches fat before it reaches the chips. The unit weighs 56kg and has two side handles; two people are needed to move it into position. Smoking hooks are not included. Delivery includes chimney pipe, 8 insert grates, fat bowl and control box with cable.
