Hire Afternoon Tea Stand - Small for weddings and garden parties. 1.5kg. Live stock online. Delivery across England and Wales.

A compact three-tier afternoon tea stand presenting sandwiches, scones and cakes at table height. Three 160mm white ceramic plates are included — one per tier. At 1.5kg it is light, and it occupies a small footprint on the table, making it the right choice where space is tighter or where individual service per guest is preferred over a shared larger stand.
The small stand is the right size when one stand per two guests is the aim, or when table space is limited. On a bistro table at a garden party, two small stands fit comfortably between a teapot, cups and saucers. For a corporate networking lunch with individual place settings, a small stand at each seat creates a personal presentation. The small plates suit petit fours, finger sandwiches cut to small portions and individual scones with cream and jam.
For events where each table of six to eight guests shares two or three stands, the large stand is often the better choice for visual impact and plate capacity. Many events use a mix of both sizes.
Weddings, hen parties and baby showers use afternoon tea stands as part of a full tea service. Hotel-style corporate lunches, board meeting catering and client hospitality all use the tiered stand format to elevate a working lunch into an experience. Garden parties and outdoor events book them when informal but elegant food service is needed. Charity fundraisers with a tea party format use them for visual consistency across the room.
Three 160mm white ceramic plates are included in the hire price. Return them dirty — the Send It Back Dirty service is included at a standard rate per item. Your team packs the unwashed plates back into the crates at the end of service and we handle washing at the depot. This reduces post-event labour for catering teams working to a strict turnaround.
Live stock availability by date is shown on this page. Add the quantity you need to your basket, select your delivery and collection dates, and confirm at checkout. No deposit is required. A free Minor Damage Waiver is included. Delivery starts from £40 ex VAT by road distance from your nearest depot. Live GPS tracking is sent on delivery day.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or use any lift without prior approval, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
