Three-tier metal afternoon tea stand with three 160mm white plates. Weighs 1.5kg. Hire individually or in multiples for weddings, garden parties and…

Booking an afternoon tea stand - small hire gives your event a compact, three-tier presentation format. Each unit weighs just 1.50kg and comes complete with three 160mm white plates. You save time sourcing separate tableware because the plates arrive ready for immediate service straight from the crate. Professional caterers and venue managers rely on this metal stand to serve sandwiches, scones, and delicate pastries without crowding the table. The vertical design maximises your available surface area during busy service periods.
Organising a high-volume food service requires practical equipment. This stand occupies minimal space, allowing guests to access their food while leaving room for teapots and cups. You can pair these stands with our catering equipment hire to complete your setup. We apply a Free Minor Damage Waiver to every order, protecting you against accidental breakages of the plates. After your event concludes, you benefit from our "Send It Back Dirty" service. You pack the unwashed plates back into their crates, and our Birmingham depot team handles the cleaning process.
Event organisers across England and Wales book these stands for intimate wedding breakfasts, corporate board meetings, and garden parties. You can place multiple units across your table hire layout to distribute food evenly among guests. This prevents bottlenecks at a central buffet station. We operate 11 regional depots, calculating your delivery cost from £40 ex-VAT based on the road distance to your venue. You track your delivery vehicle live on the day using our SMS ETA system. We require no security deposit, freeing up your budget for other event necessities.
Our fully online system displays live stock levels and accurate pricing at all times. You avoid lengthy phone calls and manual quotes by managing your entire order directly through the website. Professional buyers appreciate the straightforward booking process and transparent costs. Select your required quantities and confirm your dates online to secure your equipment.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
