Secure your eames style eiffel chair hire for corporate events and formal receptions. This blue commercial-grade seat weighs 4kg and stacks six high.
Securing the right seating dictates the tone of formal receptions and corporate events. You need commercial reliability alongside a traditional aesthetic. The blue variant of this classic mid-century design brings a trustworthy, professional appearance to coastal weddings and nautical venues. Booking your eames style eiffel chair hire guarantees a dependable seating arrangement for your guests. This specific model features a blue polypropylene seat shell mounted on a chrome steel rod frame. Each unit weighs exactly 4.00kg. Event organisers appreciate the manageable weight during venue setup and breakdown. The deep blue colour works well in formal corporate settings, matching company branding or providing a serious, grounded visual anchor in large conference halls.
\\n\\nMost event furniture originates from retail suppliers. Retail chairs look acceptable in a showroom but fail under commercial hire demands. They ship once and sit in an office. Hire furniture faces a completely different reality. Event staff load and unload these items hundreds of times a year. Porters stack them in vans at 5am and drag them across gravel car parks. Retail-grade construction breaks under those conditions. Expo Hire worked directly with manufacturers to establish strict tolerances for the EventPro® range. We specified custom welds and selected heavy-duty finishes. This rigorous approach produces furniture that withstands constant commercial use. Major organisations trust this exact inventory. The BBC, ITV, HSBC, Cambridge University, and the Commonwealth Games all utilise EventPro seating for their high-profile gatherings.
\\n\\nCorporate buyers require seating that communicates stability and professionalism. The blue shell delivers a traditional, trustworthy tone suitable for annual general meetings, board retreats, and executive presentations. You can arrange these seats in theatre style for keynote speeches or group them around circular tables for breakout sessions. The steel rod frame provides a strong base, supporting a rated load of 120kg. Rubber feet cap the base of the frame to protect delicate floor surfaces in historic venues and high-end hotels. This attention to detail prevents scratches on polished wood or marble floors. Maritime events and seaside ceremonies also benefit from this specific colourway. The deep blue complements nautical themes without appearing overly casual.
\\n\\nVenue managers and independent caterers must consider storage and transport logistics. These chairs stack six high. This stacking capability optimises floor space in your warehouse and reduces the footprint inside delivery vehicles. Event teams move multiple units at once, cutting down the time required to clear a room after a formal reception. The polypropylene material wipes clean with minimal effort, allowing your crew to prepare the seating for the next session. You avoid the maintenance overhead associated with fabric or upholstered alternatives. Expo Hire operates 11 regional depots across England and Wales. This network facilitates prompt delivery to your chosen venue. On the day of your event, you receive live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA. This system tells you exactly when your transport will arrive.
\\n\\nCreating a cohesive environment requires matching your seating with appropriate surfaces. You can pair these blue seats with items from our table hire inventory to complete your layout. Round banqueting tables suit formal dining, while rectangular trestles work well for conference panels. Adding crisp fabrics from our linen hire section softens the modern lines of the chrome frames. Every order includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver. No other UK hire company provides this protection as standard. You gain peace of mind knowing that minor scuffs and scratches incur no extra charges. We also operate without security deposits. This policy keeps your capital free for other event expenses. For orders over £1,000, you can secure your booking with a 25% advance deposit.
\\n\\nOrganising your event infrastructure should not involve endless phone calls or waiting for quotes. Expo Hire operates as a fully online business. You can view live stock levels and exact pricing directly on this page. Our system calculates delivery costs from £40 ex-VAT based on road distance from the nearest depot. You can also collect your order directly from our Birmingham headquarters between 7am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
