Hire a cold water dispenser for your event. 15L bottle-fed, no plumbing needed, standard 230V socket. No deposit required.

Provide chilled hydration for guests and staff without relying on mains plumbing. Booking cold water dispenser hire gives you a self-contained, bottle-fed unit that dispenses refreshing drinks on demand. Event organisers place these coolers in remote marquees, temporary offices, and exhibition halls where permanent water connections remain unavailable. You plug the unit into a standard 230V socket and start serving immediately. Independent caterers rely on these standalone stations to reduce queues at the main bar, allowing attendees to help themselves to cold drinks throughout the day.
Each white cooler holds a 15-litre water bottle in its top reservoir. Users press the front tap to fill their cups, while an integrated drip tray catches any spills to keep the surrounding floor dry. The unit weighs 13.00kg and measures 320mm across, taking up minimal floor space in busy catering zones. You can position it alongside your catering equipment hire setup to create a dedicated refreshment station. The top-loading design means your team can swap out empty bottles in seconds, keeping the water flowing during peak periods.
Booking through Expo Hire means you secure commercial-grade equipment entirely online. You view live stock levels and accurate pricing directly on this page before adding items to your basket. We include a free minor damage waiver on every order, protecting you against accidental scratches during busy trade shows. You also avoid paying any security deposit, keeping your event budget clear for other necessities like furniture hire. Our digital platform replaces lengthy phone calls with a straightforward checkout process, giving you instant confirmation for your equipment rental.
Conference venues and trade shows demand accessible drinking water for delegates. You position these freestanding units near breakout areas or alongside table hire arrangements to encourage networking. Stand builders incorporate them into exhibition spaces to keep staff hydrated during long shifts. Because the system requires no complex installation, you move the cooler between different rooms as your daily schedule changes. Festival operators also place these units in VIP hospitality tents, offering a premium alternative to standard tap water stations.
Our transport team delivers from 11 regional depots across England and Wales, with delivery rates starting from £40 ex-VAT based on road distance. You receive live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA on the morning of your delivery. This real-time information helps you coordinate site access with venue managers and independent caterers. At the end of your rental period, our drivers collect the unit directly from your location. You never need to worry about cleaning the exterior, as our warehouse team inspects and sanitises every cooler before its next dispatch.
